Vet & Client Testimonials
Dr. Brian Bourquin DVM, Practice Owner Boston Veterinary Clinic, Boston, MA
We have been using Vivian's K9Aromatherapy product product line for almost a year now on our own three dogs and now proudly carry the full line for clients to purchase at our clinic. These fresh and all natural products have been well received by clients who are looking for wholesome ingredients versus a laundry list of ingredients that read like a science project. The Mello Mist is useful to reduce anxiety for our city dogs and another real favorite is the Hand & Paw Healing Balm, which has flown off our shelves especially during the harsh winter months. As a dog owner myself, I appreciate how easily the product spreads on chapped canine paws and the fragrant smell is an added plus. Our 3 pups line up for their mini-massages prior to walks! A must for any city-dwelling pup" Dr. Brian Bourquin DVM is Owner/Vet Practioner at Boston Veterinary Clinic| 363 Tremont Street| Boston, MA 02116 | 857-362-8672 |
Donna Culbert, CPDT; Canine Coordinator Scituate Animal Shelter, Scituate, MA
Vivian with BostonK9Concierge generously donates her NatureNose essential oil products to me for use with the dogs at the Scituate Animal Shelter. As Canine Coordinator my favorite product is Nature Nose Mellow Mist. I am constantly trying to decrease the amount of kennel stress in the main room and this product helps considerably. I spray Mello Mist on shelter dogs bedding and in the air. The effect is almost immediate! I see it calm the dogs which in turn calms the volunteers and visitors! I also keep some in my training bag to use and recommend to my private training clients who have dogs with behavioral issues. I can't get enough of Mello Mist!- Donna Culbert, CPDT-KA www.donnasdorightdogs.com| 781-340-3365

"BooBoo Balm is an effective protectant for the pads and the skin between the toes. It helps prevent micro-fissures, which can lead to sensitivity, pain, and a reluctance to go outside during the winter. The most wonderful thing about BooBoo Balm as with the whole line of NatureNose products is they are completely safe, natural, and non-toxic. " Kate Steinhacker, DVM, CVA, CVCH, CVFT, CVTP. I use BooBoo Balm for our Border collie's scratched up feet after she would run on pavement. I felt better that it she licked it off, it wasn't going to harm her. In fact, the ingredients were so simple and natural, that I used it on my own chapped hands last winter, and also as a better alternative to Chapstick! The smell is wonderful (not overpowering) the product is totally safe for pets, people and small children, and I couldn't be happier with the product! Thanks again, K9 Concierge! - Melissa McCue-McGrath, CPDT-KA APDT #77459 Muttstuff Blog

"The NatureNose Mello Mist Calming spray has been an excellent supplement to the training and daily routine put in place by Vivian of Boston K9 Concierge for my adult dog Oliver. I continue to use the mist along with treats and positive feedback in order to help better manage Oliver's fear and anxiety. He also suffers from separation anxiety. It has been particularly helpful when I have had to leave Ollie in the care of his grandparents' while travelling for work as they use it in the car to transport him to their home and also use it around their home to help Oliver feel familiar with the environment. I would absolutely recommend NatureNose Mello Mist to other pet owners who have dogs experiencing issues of fear and anxiety!"

We contacted Viv when summer of 2013 when I was 5 months pregnant so we could prepare our dog, Eddie, for the baby’s arrival. Eddie is our first baby. From the start Viv was very attentive to Eddie’s need as well as our concerns about his behavior. She worked very closely with us to teach us alternative behaviors that would be safer for me still carrying my child and for the months to come after baby was born. Eddie had been adopted and we had taken basic manners training but didn't keep up. She gave us a refresher of the basics including waiting, no jumping and offered useful ideas to help keep him engaged and settled. We practiced our exercises until our daughter was born. Viv also helped us desensitize Eddie and we used K9Calm Oils. She was thorough and very careful ensuring the essential oils we used were safe for me while I was pregnant and for Eddie. Viv was there for us after our baby was born offering to take Eddie for a few days to give us a break which was a huge help. She was also methodical about introducing Eddie and our new baby. She introduced exercises to help desensitize Eddie to babys cries and other sounds that would be different and possibly scary for hm. Viv assigned useful, realistic homework and held us accountable. Due to Viv’s motivation and the right training tools she provided we started to see a change in Eddie immediately. Even if you aren’t expecting a new baby I would highly recommend Viv for basic training. - Taryn M. S.Boston, MA
